Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Evangelist Drema Robertson, 60, of Beckley, WV died Friday, November 11, 2016.

Born June 24, 1956 in Beckley, WV, she was the daughter of Delores Martin Robinson of Beckley and the late James "Trap" Martin.

She was the manager of the Raleigh Mall for approximately 20 years, she worked for Community Connections as an African American tobacco advocate for Southern WV and was a member of Heart of God Ministries, Beckley.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Charlie and Ethel Moore and nephew, Jared K. Thomas.

Those left to cherish precious memories are her husband, Cedric R. Robertson of Beckley, WV; son, Michael Robertson of Beckley, WV; sisters, Jami (Rodney) Thomas of Orlando, FL, Evangelist Debra (Carlton) Dozier of Charlotte, NC, Rhonda Martin and Rachelle Martin, both of Beckley, WV and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 1:00p.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Heart of God Ministries, 1703 S. Kanawha St., Beckley, with Bishop Fred T. Simms and Rev. Walter M. Leach officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity, WV.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
