I knew Fran through my grandmother, Rhonda Kinder. Fran always relied on the will of God and the kindness of strangers. She gave nothing but love (and of course, high fashion hats) to me and my family all of her life. This loss weighs heavy on my heart, but if anyone is in a better place, I know it's Fran. Love you always - you and your family both. Rest In Peace, angel.
