With great sorrow, we announce that Brandon Robertson, “Lamar”, 29, our most beloved son, brother, family member and friend passed on January 23, 2021 while caring for a friend’s puppy. Those who knew Brandon, even just a little, lost a shining light in their life. Brandon was committed to friendship; he never knew strangers. He was always willing to help anyone who needed help. Brandon will be missed everyday by his mother, Jacqueline Robertson; brothers, Kahreem and Brent; grandparents, Yvette Brown and Edward Hairston; loving step-father, Walter Thompson; uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and many great friends. We know Brandon is now with his “Pops” Eddie Lee Brown. Brandon is loved here on earth as well as in Heaven.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Heart Of God Ministries 1703 S. Kanawha St., Beckley with Rev. Calvin Moore Jr. and Bishop Fred T. Simms officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity.

Friends, while wearing gloves and masks and observing social distancing may call one hour prior to the service.
