Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mr. Hubert William “Will” Walton, of Louisville, KY, formerly of Mount Hope, WV, died Monday, April 6, 2020.

Will was born September 19, 1989 in Beckley, WV, he was the son of Hubert Walton of Oak Hill, WV and Sandra Morgan of Louisville, KY.

Will resided in Mount Hope and was a graduate of Mount Hope High School. After graduation, William moved to Louisville, KY to be closer to his mother and siblings. William worked in hospitality and attended Walter Clements AMZ Bicentennial Church. William will always be remembered for that great smile. He will be forever loved and missed by everyone.

Will was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, George and Norma Jean Morgan; parental grandparents, Hubert and Gertrude Walton; and maternal great grandparents, Clyde and Josephine Owens.

Will, in addition with his parents, those left to cherish precious memories are his brothers, Davion Morgan and Sammy (Christina) Morgan both of Louisville, KY; sisters, Tekera (Dale) Morgan, Misty (Rex) Morgan and Shannon (Josh) Morgan all of Louisville, KY; special aunt, Dr. Robin Chianumba; special cousins, Dr. Meagan Cobb and Autumn Martin; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Due to Covid-19, private graveside rites will be 12:00 Noon Saturday, April 18, 2020 at Greenwood Memorial Park, Beckley, with Bishop Sam Calloway officiating. A memorial service will be held in July. Email condolences to ritchie-johnson@suddenlinkmail.com.
