Obituary For Mr. James D. Myal

Mr. James D. Myal, 89, of Oak Hill, WV passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, March 13, 2026, at PMC.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Janet Robbins Myal and son, John William Myal.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer M. Minehart; son, Jeffrey D. Myal; five grandchildren, including Mike, Kevin, and David Minehart, with whom he shared a special bond; and two great-grandchildren.

In accordance with his wishes, he has been cremated and will be interred at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens at a later date, with a celebration of life to follow.

    Our sympathies on the passing of Jim. We have many fond memories of 3 M parties at the cottage and his mom Libby. She used to fry garlic that was delicious. Our children had a special favorite place growing up at the "cottage" with fun friends in the Myal family. May "Big Jim" rest in peace.
