Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mr. James Webster Weatherby, 31, of Oak Hill, died Tuesday, September 1, 2015.

Born December 29, 1983 in Beckley, WV, he was the son of the late James Allen and Marie Evangeline Evans Weatherby.

He was an Equipment Operator 3 and member of the Glorious Church of God in Christ in Mount Hope.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandfather, Willie Evans; grandmother, Inez Elvira Jackson Evans; uncle, Leon Harper; and aunt, Linda Evans.

Those left to cherish precious memories are his wife, Kelli N. Weatherby; children, Kaleb, Khaleal, Evan, Kendra, and Raquel; uncle, Willie (Annie) Evans, Jr., of Silver Springs, MD; aunts, Sandra Evans of Oak Hill, WV, Cherita McKibben of Charleston, WV and Rosalind Berry of Beckley, WV; cousins, Brandon Morris, Shamaya Morris and Lindsay Morris, all of Morgantown, WV, Jessica Berry and Rebecca Berry, both of Beckley, WV, Vaneita Morris, Carla McKibben and Jade Irving, all of Charleston, WV, and Carlos McKibben Jr. of Mississippi; beloved sister, Michelle Stewart; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at The Glorious Church of God in Christ, 416 Main Street, Mt. Hope, with Elder Thomas Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Beckley. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
