Mr. Larry Phillip Gray, 71, of Beckley, WV passed Thursday, March 14, 2024.

Larry was born August 23, 1952 in Beckley, WV he was the son of the late William and Mattie Pennix Gray.

Larry was a member of St. Luke Church of God in Beckley.

Larry, in addition to his parents, was preceded in death by a daughter, Monica Braxton; brothers, William Gray Jr. and Ray Gene Gray and sisters, Shirley Ann Fasion and Betty Ruth.

Larry leaves to cherish precious memories sons, Alexander Phillip Cooper and Patrick Cameron Cooper; daughter, Demetra Hopps; brothers, Eugene and Darnell Gray both of Beckley; Michael Gray of New Jersey and Stevie Gray; sisters, Deborah of New Jersey; Mary Wilson and Cindy, both of KY and a host of nephews and nieces.

Funeral service will be 12:00PM Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the Ritchie & Johnson Funeral Parlor Chapel 748 S. Fayette St. Beckley with Elder Dwight Bright officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Beckley.

Friends, while wearing masks and observing social distancing, may view and visit with the family thirty minutes prior.
