Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mr. Larry Ralph Wilson was born January 14, 1944 in Reidsville, NC to his parents Willie and Lena (Cobb) Wilson. He gained his wings and joined his wife, Margaret, in Heaven on July 19, 2021. Larry is preceded in death by his wife Margaret; his two sons, John and James Wilson; brothers, Billy, Lonnie, Jack and Butch Wilson; and sisters, Faye, Ruth and Jenny. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughters, Belinda Wilson, and Lisa (Bobby) Hankins; grandchildren, Kimberly, Ellis, Preston, Zackery, Savannah, Hunter, Emilee, Ella, London, Raelynn and Blake Hankins, John John (Kristen) and Christopher (Megan) Wilson; great-grandchildren, Kendall, Sabrina, Emma, Layla Wilson and Chloe Britt; brother, Kent (Peggy) Wilson; sisters, Linda Critzer, Carolyn and Lillian and many extended family and friends who loved him. Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed yard selling and fishing. His most cherished time was spent playing and laughing with his grandkids. Memorial service to celebrate his life will be 1:00pm, Saturday, July 24, 2021 at his residence, 142 Shannontown Road, Beckley, with Pastor Randy Mann officiating.
