I am so sad to hear of Larry's passing but also rejoicing that he is now in heaven with all his animals that have already passed. He brought so much joy to my heart. We were FB friends but I hadn't been on FB that much and sadly just now learned of his death. We had spoken a few times about our animals and he expressed an interest in coming to visit my farm a few years back which unfortunately never happened. He could bring a laugh or smile to my face with only a few words. I cannot say enough nice things about him. I pray for the family for comfort. I am sure anyone who came across Larry's path was blessed to have known him. Rejoice in all the joy he brought to your lives. I will miss him dearly!!! Jesus give Larry a hug for me and tell him I will see him later...hopefully much later :-). He was one of the best and dearest people I ever knew.

I meet Larry many years ago when a friend had me do the boy work on his dad truck .. We later on reconnected and our passion for drones, and rc aircraft help us build a friendship but it did have it ups and downs.. Larry was one who always had a big heart for helping animals and he was like a father figure to me.. My daughter enjoyed the time we all spent .. He will be greatly missed .. Condolence to his family for the loss of this great person .. - James E. Butler

Thoughts and prayers to all his friends and family! I met Larry a few years ago when he became our driver for Beckley's Mountain State Centers for Independent Living. He was always a great person and outgoing, he would help anyone and everyone out and never expect anything in return. Won't be the same there without him, he will always be missed!

I did not work with Larry very often, but when I did he was always a light and comic relief. He was always very light-hearted and made the atmosphere shine. Larry was light, on a dreary or stressful day. Full of life, compassion, and knowledge. There will never be another like him, so helpful and enjoyable. I am so sorry for your loss. -Khelli

My prayers to Larry's wife and family. I worked with Larry at Mt State Centers for Independent Living, and he was much loved here. Larry went out of his way to be friendly to everyone and always put a smile on my face when he would make a point to see everyone in the office when he came to Huntington. He will be greatly missed.
