Obituary For Mr. Lawrence Jackson, Jr.

Lawrence Jackson, Jr., dad, brother, uncle and friend, 68, of Beckley, WV passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018 at his home.

Butch was born December 30, 1949, in Montgomery, WV, to the late Lawrence and Lola (Steed) Jackson.

Butch is survived by his daughter, Michelle (William) Jackson-Laney of Tampa, FL; son David of Oak Hill, WV; brothers, Ronald (Kay) of Summerville, SC, Michael (Mary), Ruth, MS, Joseph (Alberta), Phoenix, IL and Vernon of Calumet City, IL; sisters, Leretta Fuller of Worthington, OH, Lora (Floyd) Ivey of Harvey, IL, Lorna Terrell of Harvey, IL, Christine (Earley) Parham of Westerville, OH, Darline (Easell) Moore of Robbins, IL and Carolyn Johnson of Appleton, WI; grandchildren Julian Douglas of Greensboro, NC, and Jalen Laney of Tampa, FL; many nieces, nephews, best friends, Debbie and Mike Williams and many other close friends.

Memorial service will be 2:00PM Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Bible Baptist Church, 2071 Robert C. Byrd Dr., Beckley.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
