I want to extend my sincere and deepest sympathy to the Whittenburg family. Leon was one of my best friends from the Red Brush. We grew up together in a neighborhood with very strong and close family ties. Piney Oaks Elementary School was our foundation bedrock institution for life lessons as we entered first grade in 1968. Leon was an extremely funny and friendly classmate/friend. I will miss you my brother...Rest in peace. William C. Davis, Sr.
