Obituary For Mr. Moses Curry
Moses "Mo" Curry, 69, passed Saturday, January 13, 2018.
Born February 19, 1948 in Macon, Georgia to the late Nettie Mae Rouse.
He was a member of the Heart of God Ministries, sang in the Men's choir, served on the Usher Board and as Treasurer of Gods Wheels in Action Ministry, was a former member of the Gospel Singaleers, and was employed, many years, as a maintenance worker by the Beckley Housing Authority. He had a passion for drywall, for which he was amazingly skilled.
Additionally, preceding him in death is his brother, Jack King.
Left to cherish precious memories are his loving wife of over forty years, Marilyn; sons, Stephen and Brian, both of Orange, NJ; daughter, Rachel "Lady" of Charlotte, NC; brothers, Perry (Debra) of Jeffersonville, GA, Joe, Johnny, Frank (Renee), Willie, and Jerry, sisters, Rosetta Floyd, Aggie Rouse, Nancy (Jimmy) Coleman, Christine Rouse, and Mary Nelson, and two aunts, Rachel Williams and Mary Glover, all of Macon GA; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral service will be 1:00PM Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Heart of God Ministries 1703 S. Kanawha St. Beckley with Bishop Fred T. Simms officiating.
Friends may call one hour prior at the church.
