If you met Booker, you wouldn't ever forget him. I used to see him sitting on the porch in Mount Hope. I used to stop and joke with him when I was a deputy. I can't count the many drills and Annual Trainings we laughed together. He will be missed. Our Condolences to the family.

I served with Noel. I remember him being one of the first ones to greet me in the unit with a prank and a smile. He was a great guy that made you feel like family.
