Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mr. Norman Lloyd Calloway, Sr., of Charleston, SC, formerly of Mount Hope, WV, died Wednesday, September 16, 2016.

He was a retired U.S. Navy veteran and retired from the Postal Service in December 2014.

Preceding him in death are his wife of 24 years, Cecile; oldest son, Norman II; parents, Leighton and Evelyn Calloway; his in-laws, Thomas and Doris Wilson; brothers, L.S. ôPeteyö, John Calloway and Duane Calloway and sister, Nancy McNeill.

Left to cherish precious memories are his son, Dustin (fianc?e, LaTangela) of SC; grandchildren, (twins), Dustin Jr. and DesireeÆ Calloway of SC; stepchildren, Audie (Carla), Mark (Bianca) and Samantha Powell; brothers, Bill (Jean), Leroy (Portia) Calloway of MD, Michael(Veronica) of OK; sisters, Judy Gambill of VA, Mary Armstead (Warren) of OH; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorial service will be 1:00P.M., Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Palmetto Mortuary, 1122 Morrison Drive, Charleston, SC.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the mortuary.
