Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mr. Robert Lee Allen, 90, of Pineville, WV passed Monday, July 28, 2025.

Robert was born April 15, 1935 in Kilarney, WV, he was the son of the late Oliver and Gaye Morgan Allen.

Robert was married to the love of his life, Feastus England Allen, for over 70 years.

Robert held several occupations within his lifetime. He worked on gas drilling rigs, was a coal miner, and a business owner, along with his wife, they ran Allen's Packette in Wolf Pen for over 25 years.

Robert attended New Richmond Community Church and Worship Center during his life.

Robert, in addition to his parents, was preceded in death by his sons, Robert Russell Allen and David Lee
Allen; brothers, Bill, and Emmett, and sisters, Ruth, Bess, and Lorainne. He is the last surviving sibling.

Robert, in addition to his wife, leaves to cherish precious memories his children, Kenneth Allen (Jeanette) of Pineville, WV and Janie Bennett (Glenn) of White Sulphur Springs, WV; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and 3 great-great- grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

As per his request, he has been cremated.

A memorial service will be held 3:00PM- 4:00PM, Sunday, August 17, 2025 at the New Richmond Community Church and Worship Center at 258 New Richmond Bottom with Jimmy Dale Browning officiating.

A celebration of life will follow from 4:30PM-6:30PM.at the Casteel Event Center on Main St. Pineville.
