Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mr. Robert Levale Gray, 44, of Cincinnati, OH, formerly of Mt. Hope, WV died Sunday March 31, 2019.

Born January 31, 1975 in Montgomery, WV, he was the son of Frederick Gray Sr. of Mount Hope, WV and Grace Shelton Gray of Anderson, IN.

Robert was a chef, disabled veteran and served two tours in Afghanistan.

Robert was preceded in death by his brother, James Lamont Shelton and both sets of grandparents.

Left to cherish precious memories are his daughter, Ariel Burger of OH; lifetime friend, Lisa of OH; brothers, Frederick Gray Jr. and Stephen Gray, both of Columbus, OH; Demetran Gray, Philip Gray, Joshua (Andrea) Gray, all of Oak Hill, WV and John (Britany) Gray of Anderson, IN; sister, Juanita Gray of Anderson, IN and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Memorial service will be 12:00PM Friday, May 24, 2019 at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, 130 Academy Dr., Dunbar, WV 25064, with Rev. Aubrey Thomas officiating.
