Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mr. Romey “Sid” Yoho, 83, of Oak Hill, WV, formerly of Moundsville, WV died Saturday, January 25, 2020.

Born January 20, 1937 in Moundsville, WV. he was the son of the late Jake Yoho and Alice Long Daniels.

He was a heavy equipment operator and member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. He was preceded in death by his brother, George Yoho of Moundsville, WV; sisters, Dora Burkey, Naomi Helen Yoho and Ramona Lilley and daughter, Monica Dawn Gray.

Left to cherish precious memories are his daughters, Vickie Smith of Oak Hill, WV and Diane Crow and Sharon Brown, both of Moundsville, WV; sisters, Aurora (Fern) Lilley of Moundsville, WV and Alice Mae Gump of Moundsville, WV; beloved grandson and best friend, Terry Black and several beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

As per his request, he was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
