Obituary For Mr. Ronald "Max" Allen

Mr. Ronald Allen, 63, of Beckley, WV died Sunday, January 9, 2022.

Born October 29,1959 in Mt. Hope, WV, he was the son of the late James P. and Dorothy L. Brown Allen. Max went to Blue Jay School and enjoyed going to church, bowling, playing his guitar, listening to music and dancing. Max never met a stranger and loved everything life had to offer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Cynthia P. Allen and Madelene Y. Allen. Those left to cherish precious memories are his brothers, James P. Allen Jr., Raymond A. Allen and Leroy A. Allen, all of Beckley and Robert (Melonie) Allen of Zion, IL; sisters, Loretta Dews and Elizabeth Allen, both of Beckley and Angela (Michael) Phares of Columbus, OH and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be 1:00PM Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the Ritchie & Johnson Funeral Parlor Chapel 748 S. Fayette St., Beckley with Elder Thomas Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Beckley.

Friends, while wearing masks and observing social distancing, may view and visit with the family one hour prior to the funeral service.
