Obituary For Mr. William “Brunie” Davis Jr.

Mr. William Davis Jr., known as “Brunie” was born to Diana Wright Davis and the late William Davis Sr. on May 31, 1966.

Brunie departed this life on June 4, 2023.

Brunie was a 1984 graduate of Central High School in Detroit, MI. and attended two years at West Virginia State College.

Brunie was a loving person with a big heart for animals.

Brunie, in addition to his mother, leaves to cherish precious memories his wife, Leslie Davis; aunt, Paulette Satterfield; uncles, Abner Wright Jr. and Bishop Frederick (Jennifer) Wright and a host of loving cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 11:00AM Saturday, June 17, 2023 at St. Matthews AME Church 103 Mills Ave. Beckley with Bishop Frederick Wright and Rev Debra Smoot officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Beckley.

Friends may view and visit with the family one hour prior.
