Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mr. Willie James Brown Jr., 77, of Harper Heights (Beckley), died Monday, November 15, 2021.

Born January 6, 1944 in Savannah, GA he was the son of the late Willie James and Sarah Mobley Brown Sr.

Willie was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Willie, in addition to his parents, was preceded in death by his stepmother, Mamie Brown.

Willie leaves to cherish precious memories his children, Michael James Brown of Germantown, MD; Jacquetta Brown and LaTanya Savage, both of Charlotte, NC; brother, Leroy Brown of Baltimore, MD; six grandchildren; one-great-grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.

As per his request, he has been cremated.
