Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mrs. Beatrice Stone Anderson, 73, of Beckley died Monday, August 8, 2016.

Born April 27, 1943 in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Etta Mae Stone, Sr.

She was formerly employed as a Dispatcher with the Cleveland Police Department, by the Ohio Department of Employment Bureau, and was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, St. Paul Baptist Temple, and Welcome Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Harry Jr., James, Charles, and Gary.

Left to cherish precious memories are her husband, Richard Anderson; sons, Lawrence Craft Jr. and Ray Anderson, both of Cleveland, OH; daughter, Angela Craft Williams of Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Jarrod Williams and Michaela Williams, both of Chicago, IL, Lauren, Ashley, Brandon, and Reyene; many beautiful great-grandchildren; first husband, Lawrence Craft Jr. and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Welcome Baptist Church, 206 Eighth Street, Beckley, WV with Bishop David F. Allen officiating.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
