I'd like to acknowledge one of the most genuinely kind, compassionate, empathetic and loving woman I know. I had the honor and blessing of her being my cousin. Billie and I loved each other as sisters and spent long hours reminiscing and laughing during our lives. Billie was a rock and a touchstone for all of us and I will miss her forever. I take comfort in knowing I'll see her soon. She has started the journey that awaits all us us. Billie we love and miss you. Dwight and Vickie
