Marie Evangeline Evans Weatherby, 64, of Oak Hill, WV died Wednesday, February 18, 2015.

Born February 10, 1951 in Minden, WV, she was the daughter of the late Willie Webster and Inez Elvira Jackson Evans, Sr.

Mrs. Weatherby was a registered nurse and a member of the Glorious Church of God in Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Allan Weatherby.

Left to cherish precious memories are her son, James Webster (Kelli) Weatherby of Clarksburg, WV; brother, Willie Webster (Annie) Evans, Jr., of Laurel, MD; sisters, Linda Eyvonne Evans and Sandra Evans, both of Oak Hill, WV, Cherita Althea Evans McKibben of Charleston, WV. and Rosalind Rebecca Evans (Richard) Berry of Beckley, WV; 5 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 1:00p.m., Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Glorious Church of God in Christ, 421 Main Street, Mt. Hope, WV with Elder Thomas Allen and Bishop John Grant officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Beckley, WV. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
