Marlene Dodson, 53, of Beckley, WV died Friday, February 6, 2015.

Born January 22, 1962 in Beckley, WV, she was the daughter Theresa Cook Hoskins.

Ms. Dodson was a nurse assistant and member of Free & Independent Holiness Church, Beckley.

She was preceded in death by her step-father, George Coleman; aunt, Elaine Hayes; and uncle, Delbert Cook.

Left to cherish precious memories are her mother, Theresa Cook Hoskins of Beckley, WV; children, Ernest Dodson of Beckley, WV, Niesha Dodson of Huntington, WV, and Sean Flynn; sisters, Barbara Lynn Fluitt of Jacksonville, FL, Georgia Ann Clark of Beckley, WV., and April Gay Tinsley of Charleston, WV; uncles, Charles Martin of NJ, Stanley (Delores) Cook Erskine, of Lester, WV and Donald (Von) Cook, all of Beckley, WV; aunt, Karla (Kenneth) Baker of Cleveland, OH; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 1:00p.m., Monday, February 16, 2015 at Free & Independent Holiness Church, 107 6th Street, Beckley, WV with Bishop Ernest Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Beckley, WV. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
