Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mrs. Phyllis Ann Neely passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

Born July 10, 1956 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the only child of the late William and Addie Mae Young.

She attended Antioch College and was awarded a BachelorÆs Degree in Social Work and a MasterÆs Degree in Elementary Education. She taught at H.B. Wilson Elementary School in Camden, New Jersey for several years. She loved God.

Those left to cherish precious memories are her husband, Thulbert Neely; son, Clifton Neely; and a host of cousins and relatives from her parentÆs birth place of Dalton, GA and Beckley, WV.

Funeral service will be 1: 30 P.M. Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at United Methodist Temple, 201 Templeview Drive, Beckley, WV with Pastor Randy Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Beckley. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
