She was one of 11 children and they all, but one proceeds her in death. She married the love of her life Jerry Phillip Peck Sr. on Jan 21, 1949, and had four sons. As a soprano with a beautiful voice she was often called on to sing especially by her husband who loved to hear her voice.

My deepest condolences to Quantina's family and friends. She and I were friends and coworkers at BARH. She was very kind and patient with me when I was just starting out in nursing in 1992. God blessed me with her and others as I learned the ropes. Just remember...our loved ones are never really gone forever, they're just waiting for us to arrive. See you soon my friend. God bless you all.

To the Family of Mrs. Quantina Connie Peck, you have my sincerest sympathies. I was in my early twenties when I met Mrs. Connie. I will forever remember Mrs Connie as a great woman of integrity and grace. I was honored to share her name. I learned so much just being in her company. I learned so many things about cooking, notably how to prep and freeze for large holiday gatherings, when you have to work. I still do that. She was definitely a historian of Fayette and Raleigh Counties, knew some of the most interesting facts. She was so beautiful inside and out. I feel it an honor and a privilege to have know such a phenomenal woman. She was a true Queen. Rest well my dear friend. In prayer, Connie Starkey
