Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mrs. Reva L. Cook, 96, of Beckley, WV died Monday, March 14, 2022.

She was born April 24, 1925, in Tallahassee Florida.

Reva was united in marriage to Andy Cook.

Reva was a homemaker, and pillar of the East Park Community.

Reva was a charter member of Welcome Baptist Church, where she served faithfully until her health began to fail.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sons, Charles, Stanley, Erskin, and Delbert and daughter, Elaine.

Those left to cherish precious memories are her sons, Rev. Donald Cook and Lester Cook; daughter, Theresa Hoskins, all of Beckley and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Welcome Baptist Church, 206 Eighth St. Beckley, WV with Bishop David Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Beckley.

Friends, while wearing mask and observing social distancing, may view and visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the church.
