Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Mrs. Revonda Renee Love Codjoe, 60, of Griffin, GA, formerly of Beckley, transitioned to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at Wellstar Spalding Regional Hospital in Griffin, GA. Born May 18, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Mary F. Love Robertson. Revonda was a member at Anointed Warriors for Christ Ministries of McDonough, GA, she graduated from Liberty High School in Glen Daniel, WV and attended Mountain State University in Beckley, where she received an associate’s degree in Education- Teaching individuals in Elementary Special Education Programs. She also attended Strayer University, where she received her bachelor’s in legal studies. In addition to her mother, Revonda is preceded in death by her stepfather, Harvey O. Robertson and uncle, William M. Love Jr. Those left to cherish precious memories are her sisters, Sherry Fugate and Jackie Davis, both of Beckley and Natalie (Troy) Cromer of Atlanta, GA; nephew, Ruondra Fugate of Atlanta, GA and other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorial service will be 11:00AM Friday, August 28, 2020 at the Ritchie & Johnson Funeral Parlor Chapel, 748 S. Fayette St., Beckley with Bishop Eunice Jones officiating.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, masks, gloves and social distancing will be required to attend the service.
