Obituary For Mrs. Ruby Penn

Mrs. Ruby Penn, 92, of Beckley WV died Saturday, June 18, 2022.

Funeral Service will be 12:00PM Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the Ritchie & Johnson Funeral Parlor Chapel 748 S. Fayette St. Beckley. Burial will follow in BlueRidge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity.

Friends, while wearing masks and observing social distancing, may view and visit with the family one hour prior to the funeral service.

My family met Mrs. Penn 12 years ago, after we lost our home to a fire, and we moved to Beckley. We were her tenants in Beckley, and she was good to us. I loved to hear her laugh, and I admired her straightforward ways--you always knew where you stood with her. Fly high Mrs. Penn. You will be loved and dearly missed always.
