Obituary For Mrs. Wyeamer Robertson Banks

Mrs. Wyeamer Wyufolla Robertson Banks, 55, of Beckley WV, went to be with the Lord on March 7, 2019.

She was born on March 24,1963, in Beckley WV to Aubrey R. and Daisy E. Benson Robertson.

Wyeamer, lovingly known as “Eamer”, “E”, and “Banks”, was a 1982 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Beckley, WV, she attended Concord College in Athens, WV, School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, and St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She earned her Associates degree in Electrical Engineering from New River Technical College.

Eamer was a cheerleader, classically trained Ballerina, where her graceful technical skills landed her a role in the hit musical “Grease”, directed by Jerry Rose, of Jerry Rose studio of Beckley, WV, starring as Cha Cha. She was also a Print model, an Electrical Lineman, and long-distance truck driver, but her most important roles were loving mother and daughter.

Eamer followed in her mother’s footsteps. She was strong, intelligent, ambitious, humorous, loving, caring, witty, and kind.

Eamer was proceeded in death by her father, Aubrey R. Robertson, mother, Daisy Benson Robertson; three brothers, Thornton (still born) Robertson, Marcellous A. Robertson and Taronzelle D. Robertson.

Left to cherish fond memories are her daughter, Tashauna Green and grandson, Tayshaun Ponder, both of High Point NC; brothers, Aubrey R. (Denise) Robertson Jr. of Seattle, WA, Ulysses D. of Beckley, WV and Voncludia J. Robertson, of Niceville, FL; sisters, Alberenthious Stover of Charlotte, NC, Ellen Benson of Greensboro, NC, Wandra K. (William) Wade of Lancaster, SC, Anthylious P. Keaton of Lancaster, SC and Koveiter A. Robertson of High Point, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 1:00PM Saturday March 23, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of North Beckley with Bishop Clarence Jackson officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
