Ms. Janice Marie Woody, 73, of Beckley, WV passed Sunday, July 5, 2026.
Graveside service will be 12:30PM Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at Greenwood Memorial Park, Beckley.
Friends may view and visit with the family from 11:00AM-12:00PM at the Ritchie & Johnson Funeral Parlor, Beckley.

My sincere condolences to the Woody and Lawson family. I worked with Janice at Beckley VA Medical Center. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She will be truly missed by everyone who knew her. Rest In Peace my friend.

Truly an angel here on earth as she will be in heaven. She loved her sons with all her might, as did they her. They shared a beautiful bond that will never be broken. Her grandbaby Janessa Marie brought her so much joy and I'm blessed to have witnessed it. Mrs.Janice I always told you I'd take care of BOTH of your babies.( Jason & Janessa) and I keep my promises. You can rest now beautiful woman. You deserve it. It was an honor to have known you. <3

Janice was such a good friend to me I will miss her terribly. God must have needed another angel because she most certainly was one on earth.
