Obituaries – Their Stories Live On

Ms. Juanita M. Freeman, 94, of Mt. Hope, died Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

Born December 17, 1923 in Carlisle, WV, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Estelle Lyerly Freeman.

A 1942 graduate of Dubois High School, she was a member of Concord Baptist Church and worked as a cook. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Charles II and David Freeman; and sister, Virginia Freeman Moore.

Those left to cherish precious memories are her sister, Alma Freeman Fleming of Mt. Hope and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

As per her request, she was cremated.

Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Monday, December 17, 2018 at Faith Tabernacle Church, Fayetteville with Pastor Sancerria Carroll and Bryon Freeman officiating.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
