Obituary For Ms. Kayla Leavon Wood Hunt

Ms. Kayla Leavon Wood Hunt, 28, of Sophia, WV died Friday July 10, 2020.

Born February 25,1992 in Floyd, VA, she was the daughter of Tracy Blevins and the late Darryl Wood. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her fiancé, Oscar Hayes.

In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memories are special friends she viewed as sisters, Bobbie Sue Youssef and husband, Mohamed of Beckley WV and Cassie Tierson and husband Jonathan of Sophia WV; long-time love, Russell Vaught of Beckley WV; ex-husband, Ryan Hunt and sister in-law, Megan Dunbar of Sophia WV; nephews, Remington and Maverick Tierson; niece, Amira Youssef; as well as many other friends and family.

To know Kayla was to love Kayla. Her smile was infectious. She had a heart made of gold and loved animals and all things spooky.

As per her request, she has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

I miss you so much already, I'll miss your laugh for the rest of my life. You where one of the best friends I have ever had, you had a beautiful heart. You where always down for an adventure. I have so many wonderful memories with you and I will hold this dear to my heart for the rest of my life. As long as I live I will keep your memory alive. We love you beautiful R.I.P.
